Verifiable title transfer from the original owner to the new owne completed on the Mopetto App and is verifiable including full-service history<\/p><p>For example:<br \/>If you purchase a used Mopetto one year after it was first registered by the original owner, you can expect 6 months warranty remaining.<\/p><ul><li>Mopetto Approved Pre-Registered Warranties<\/li><li>All Mopetto Approved Pre-Registered mopeds come with 2 Year warranty from the date of purchase.<\/li><li>The Mopetto Pre-Registered Warranty is comparable to the Mopetto Manufacturer Warranty and subject to the same limitations and obligations<\/li><li>Used Mopetto purchased privately are entitled to the Secondary Ownership Warranty which consists of the remainder of the original Mopetto Manufacturer (where applicable) and\/or the Mopetto Extended warranties on the following conditions:<\/li><li>All aforementioned warranty conditions and obligations have been meet and are identifiable and verifiable<\/li><li>Verifiable title transfer from the original owner to the new owne completed on the Mopetto App and is verifiable including full-service history<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-4ac3025 elementor-section-stretched elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"4ac3025\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-settings=\"{&quot;stretch_section&quot;:&quot;section-stretched&quot;,&quot;background_background&quot;:&quot;classic&quot;}\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-no\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-ec96875\" data-id=\"ec96875\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-85ea4de elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"85ea4de\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><span style=\"background-color: transparent;\"><b>Terms &amp; Conditions<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<div>&nbsp;<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Warranty will only apply with evidence of original purchase through an authorised agent and with the original owner of goods.<\/li>\n<li>The Mopetto Warranty only applies to Mopetto models sold starting from 2026 with frame number 000765 and higher<\/li>\n<li>The Mopetto Warranty does not cover the following:<\/li>\n<li>Normal wear and tear<\/li>\n<li>Improper assembly<\/li>\n<li>Corrosion<\/li>\n<li>Improper maintenance<\/li>\n<li>Installation of components, parts or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the moped sold<\/li>\n<li>Damage or failure due to accident, misuse, neglect or usage outside of applicable test standards<\/li>\n<li>Cosmetic scratches or non-structural blemishes<\/li>\n<li>Labor charges for part replacement or changeover<\/li>\n<li>Delivery, transfer or collection fees<\/li>\n<li>Costs relating to lack of usage of the Mopetto while in transit or in a workshop for repair<\/li>\n<li>In all cases, shipping costs, handling fees, border fees, customs fees, taxes, and extra shipping time will be the responsibility of the customer for the following regions: Norway, Switzerland, Serbia, Montenegro, Macedonia.<\/li>\n<li>Warranty is voided entirely under the following circumstances:<\/li>\n<li>In the event of full or partial flooding or submerging<\/li>\n<li>Modifying the frame, fork or components<\/li>\n<li>The manufacturer reserves the right to repair or replace any defective item at their discretion, as explicitly outlined in this warranty<\/li>\n<li>If you elect to repair a defective product yourself, use the services of a non\u2010approved service agent, or if you use a replacement part not supplied by Mopetto , Mopetto will not be liable for any damage, failure, repair costs or loss caused by the use of such unauthorized service or parts and this may void the warranty.<\/li>\n<li>Mopetto will have the option to repair or replace (with new or reconditioned parts of the same or similar specification), at no charge, a defective product, or repay the amount equal to the purchase price of the product. Mopetto may elect to simultaneously replace non\u2010defective parts that are part of a sub\u2010assembly that contains the defective component. Any replaced components, parts or accessories will become the property of Mopetto. In the event Mopetto elects to replace a defective frame, a new frame of equal or greater value will be provided.
